All our classes are open level, and our instructors will offer options for all levels of experience and ability , so you're empowered to make choices that are right for you on the day.

We have six curated class styles so you can decide how you want to move.

REFORMER

After completing our Starter Package you will be ready to join any of our Reformer Classes. 

These classes build on the foundations of Pilates, introducing stamina & intermediate exercised into your routine - they're designed to challenge your Pilates practice. 

You can expect to sweat (and smile) through these ones, all while lengthening, strengthening and challenging your body.

With limited numbers, we ensure that all clients get the attention and support they need.

Reformer - YIN

Yin Pilates offers deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and relief for tired, stressed and achy minds & bodies. It's a class dedicated to mobility and flexibility, suitable for all bodies and tightened alike.

You'll leave feeling open, bendy and zen.

REFORMER - MUMS & BUBS

We know just how important it is to keep your body moving post baby and our Mums & Bub's Pilates classes will do just that.

You are able to bring your baby along so you can confidently commit to your workout and get back on track with your physical & mental wellbeing.

MAT work - total body

All matwork classes are open level, welcoming newbies & experienced pilates people, because our skilled teaching team can give you individual attention and options.

Our classes are designed with and around the fundamentals of Pilates, with a little bit of everything making it the best place to grow your Pilates practice.

You can expect strengthening exercises; twisting, bending, balance & coordination. 

You will learn to move freely and feel control over your body, while being empowered, challenged & supported.

Mat Class - Sweat

A full body workout with our Barre, incorporating other studio equipment. With bursts of cardio thrown in to get you glistening (with sweat).
