All our classes; group, semi-private & private will focus on building core strength, providing a full body workout to help strengthen & lengthen muscles, increasing your overall flexibility and lung capacity.

TIIPS & TRICKS

  • Be well hydrated
     

  • Dont eat for 1.5 hours before class
     

  • Wear clothes you can move in easily
     

  • Socks with grippy soles will help you hold positions
     

  • Water is always available in the studio, however feel free to bring your own.
