Our everyday class that’s a little bit of everything and the best place to grow your Pilates practice. 

You can expect strengthening exercises; twisting, bending, balance & coordination. You will learn to move freely and feel control over your body, while being empowered, challenged & supported.

A full body workout with our Barre, incorporating other studio equipment. With bursts of cardio thrown in to get you glistening (with sweat). Promise that you’ll feel leaving uplifted & invigorated.

MUMS & BUBS

30 Minute Mat Class

We know just how important it is to keep your body moving post baby so we offer a weekly Mums & Bub's Matwork Pilates class. You are able to bring your baby along so you can confidently commit to your workout and get back on track with your physical & mental wellbeing.

AVAILABLE IN OUR ONLINE STUDIO

Mat Classes teach you the fundamental movement principles of Pilates. As with anything, the more you do the better you will get and the more confident you will feel during your classes to try the advanced moves to progress your workouts.

 

Pilates is a "functional fitness" method. That means that these principles translate directly into better posture and graceful, efficient movement in everyday life.
Use our Matwork Pilates Classes as the building blocks in your Pilates training or simply for moves to open and enhance any workout routine.

These classes will help you establish torso stability, pelvic stability, abdominal engagement, good alignment, and greater range of motion for the limbs.

Although it is a great way to start Pilates, you do NOT have to do Matwork before you start Equipment training. For more information on this, head here.

FREEDOM

Studio Session

Designed with and around the fundamentals of Pilates. These classes are perfect for those new to Pilates, recovering lost fitness or have minor injuries.

 

They’ll provide you with confidence in your body’s ability to move and strengthen from inside out.

FEARLESS

Studio Sessions

These classes build on the foundations of Pilates, introducing stamina & intermediate exercised into your routine – they’re designed to challenge your Pilates practice.

 

You can expect to sweat (and smile) through these ones, all while lengthening, strengthening & challenging your body.

YIN

Studio Session

Yin Pilates offers deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and relief for tired, stressed and achy minds & bodies. It’s a class dedicated to mobility and flexibility, suitable for all bodies and tightness alike.

You’ll leave feeling open, bendy & zen. Yin is suitable for anyone! You do not have to have completed our “Starter Pack” to attend a Yin Class.

OUR STUDIO SESSIONS ARE OPEN LEVEL, AND SUITABLE FOR ALL THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED OUR "STARTER PACK"

Our highly skilled instructors aim to create a fun and safe environment for all clients of all abilities because we want you to become the best version of yourself! 
These classes offer a full body Pilates workout, equal parts strength, mobility & movement. Where necessary, or requested, our instructors will tailor your class to meet your needs for the most effective workout for your body.
